Carlow County Council’s Local Enterprise Office promote and support micro enterprises and people thinking of starting their own business. The main supports are business information services, training, mentoring, business networks and financial supports for qualifying businesses. Carlow County Council’s Local Enterprise Office wish to organise an Export to Belgium Programme in 2024 for the purpose of giving LEO clients with limited export experience the opportunity to explore new markets. This programme is aimed at clients who have receipted financial assistance from the Local Enterprise Office and have limited export potential. Carlow County Council’s Local Enterprise Office wish are now inviting tenders for the provision of a service which will include: • Provision of marketing collateral for pre-Launch promotion by the LEOs • Selection/short listing of participants • Gearing up to export workshops • Gearing up to export one to one mentoring support • Tailored sales prospecting in Belgium • Logistical management of a group market visit to Belgium • Group market visit to Belgium (based in Brussels) (2 nights) • Post visit impact assessment
