Tender description

This framework set out to cover a range of frequently required services such as the supply of exhibition stands to AV and streaming services. The framework set out to cover multiple events that happen each year, significantly reducing resources associated with procurement processes. Lot 1: Shell scheme exhibitor stands Lot 1 was intended to covered traditional exhibitor display structures. Additional information: The intention was to award this lot (Lot 1) to a minimum of 3 suppliers (maximum of 5). Lot 2: Complete exhibitor packages Lot 2 intended to cover complete exhibitor packages. Additional information: The intention was to award Lot 2 a minimum of 3 suppliers (maximum of 5) for the duration of the framework. Lot 3: Bespoke stands and bespoke space builds Lot 3 was intended to cover bespoke stands and bespoke space builds. Additional information: The intention was to award Lot 3 to a minimum of 3 suppliers (maximum of 5) for the duration of the framework. Lot 4: Audio visual (AV) equipment and associated services Lot 4 was intended to cover audio visual (AV) equipment and associated services. Additional information: The intention was to award this lot (lot 4) to a single contractor. Lot 5: Furniture Lot 5 was intended to cover furniture hire. Additional information: The intention was to award this lot (lot 5) to a single contractor. Lot 6: Creative set design and build Lot 6 was intended to cover creative set design and build. Additional information: The intention was to award this lot to a minimum of three, maximum of five suppliers.
