The work comprises the periodic inspection and testing of the electrical installations of properties owned or managed by Lochalsh & Skye Housing Association The work is to include for the repairing or replacing of any item, including fixed electrical equipment found to be faulty (C1 or C2 observation) when undertaking the inspection and testing.
