The supplier will provide a 24/7 service desk provision. This includes first and second line support for all PPF employees through a number of channels - email, live chat, phone, via a shared Pod of resource, as well as the IT Service Management Ivanti tool to manage Incidents and Service Requests. Professional services has been included to incorporate more development of automation, self service and innovation which will be agreed through statement of works.
