This is a contract award. To create a campaign which influences potential offenders and bystanders to exercise self-control in response to provocation which has been identified as a key 'pinch point' To produce creative campaign assets. Targeted deployment of the campaign materials in hot spots. haring of the materials with key partners within the Leicestershire Violence Reduction Network (VRN) and associated services. Additional information: In January/February 2023 a competitive tender and procurement process was completed and a Delivery Partner for this project was identified and appointed, with an agreed roll out date for the campaign of October/November/December 2023. The contract reference was CONT0217. In July 2023 that delivery partner withdrew from the project without completing the campaign. Given this is a single year funded project, to be delivered in October/November/December 2023, the contract is now so urgent that further competition is impractical. The proposed Delivery Partner, Magpie, placed second in the original competitive procurement process and satisfied the tender criteria. They have undertaken to deliver the project in the, now much reduced, timescale.
