Tender description

The Contracting Authority’s current contract with an external supplier for the provision of support and maintenance of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management System (“CRM System”) will end on 1 November 2023. Accordingly, and in consideration of the Contracting Authority’s plans to retain and expand the use of the CRM System, the Contracting Authority is conducting a competition, seeking tenders for the provision of certain services (including configuration services, replacement support and maintenance services) relating to the CRM System. Hosting services are not required.
