Electoral Management System for use by the Electoral Registration Officer and Returning Officer. This contract registration is for a 1 + 1 extension of a 2-year contract. The original contract was procured via Cloud, but was not registered on Proactis, as rules were different at that time. The initial contract period of 12 months is the 1st of the 2 extensions. The contract will be reviewed by end of February 2024 to decide whether the 2nd extension is required.
