Tender description

Conservation, repair, and refurbishment to the gate lodge. All works will preserve the fabric and finishes of the building, and be carried out in accordance with best practice in conservation/ refurbishment work. The Scope of Works shall generally comprise removal of remaining existing finishes and strip out of existing M and E services, including minor Asbestos containing materials as noted, installation of insulation to floors, replacement of small area of external lime render, repair works to flooring, replacement of basement floor slab, repair works to internal lime plaster walls and ceilings, painting and decorating to walls and ceilings throughout, new bathroom fittings, new kitchen fit-out, doors to be refurbished and ironmongery re-conditioned, installation of new heating system and radiators, new electrical wiring and services throughout, external land drain, new tarmac surface to existing boundary paths.
