The Rossmore Leisure Centre has four separate changing rooms, which require refurbishment, which includes showers, flooring, decorating and fire doors, subject to costs.\\r\r \\r\r Due to a restricted budget, the Service Unit will be seeking tenders based upon two pricing options to determine the level of refurbishment that can be carried out at the Centre.\\r\r
