RFQ FOR PROPOSED MANAGEMENT OF LEGIONELLA BACTERIA IN WATER SYSTEMS AT VARIOUS SCHOOLS AND FAMILIES BUILDINGS

Tender description

The works cover the supply of staff, transport and access equipment to various Schools & Families premises owned or operated by Sefton MBC. The location of the premises will generally be within the boundary of Sefton MBC however there are a small number of premises which may be outside the borough boundaries. The location of the premises will generally be within the boundary of Sefton MBC however there are a small number of premises which may be outside the borough boundaries The time scales are for a start on site 1st August 2023 and completion 31st July 2024, with an option to extend for a single 12-month period. The work requires contractor operatives to undertake various tasks and checks in relation to managing the water systems within the premises to comply with the Approved Code of Practice L8. The tasks and checks will vary from building to building along with the access and egress requirements.
