Tender description

Air quality system to class 9, ISO Clean Room standard tested on completion to achieve independent certification documents verifying all aspects of the tender have been achieved and delivered. Class 9 clean room standard required, to include a bespoke integrated building management system to deliver a perfectly clean and comfortable environment in this theatre for both the audience and the entertainers. Scope of works includes Ventilation, Extraction, Filtration, Heating, Cooling, Air handling, and Conditioned air quality while providing an even temperature at high and low levels throughout the Auditorium, catering for 300 patrons. System to include heat recovery heat pumps, air handling, lined ductwork, silent system, to deliver a consistent temperature in all areas of the theatre according to scheduled programming.. The Iontas Theatre is constructed from solid masonry; the internal measurements are 13.6 meters high, 14.4 meters wide, 16.4 meters long with capacity to seat 308 persons. Air volume of Auditorium 3,211m², capacity of stage area (open to Auditorium with curtain) 2,925m3, stage area, presently excluded to become part of the scope of work.
