Tender description

Hafod are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced contractor to carry out electrical safety testing and potential arising works of Hafod Housing Association dwellings forecast to be beyond the capacity of our internal labour team (HPS). The main purpose of the contract will be to conduct electrical condition reports over the full contract term. There may also be a requirement to carry out ad hoc rewiring of Hafod stock. Please see ITT Volume 2 Specification for the full scope requirements of this contract.
