Menter y Glan Ltd is a community led business who have purchased it's local pub and restaurant as a locally run business. The next phase of our plan is to develop the first floor of the building for guest room accommodation. This is to safeguard the viability of the business for the long term. We are looking for an experienced builder to work with us to develop 4 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. We encourage any business with interest to survey the property. Architect plans are available for inspection. You will work with a Project Manager and the Architect to deliver the development. The work will have a finish deadline of the end of 2024. Please feel free to ask questions at any time. Architect Drawings show the first and second floor plans but this notice is only for the first floor development. The planning consent was given in August 2011 but since some part of the planning consent was completed in 2017 planning consent is still valid.
