South Cambridgeshire District Council - Housing Stock & Non-Housing Stock Valuations 2023

Tender description

South Cambridgeshire District Council is leading on a joint procurement with Cambridge City Council to undertake Housing Stock Valuations and Non-Housing Stock Valuations. These are collectively known as The Councils. This contract will be let with two lots lot 1 SCDC and lot 2 CCC. SCDC has a housing company (Ermine Street [ESH]) and CCC has a housing company - (Cambridge City Housing Company [CCHC]). It is important to note that The Councils shall require separate invoices for both the authorities and companies for legal and accounting purposes.
