Provision of Business Advice – Blackpool Net Zero Academy (Shared Prosperity Fund)

Tender description

Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Service Provider who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender. The initial Contract period will be 18 months, after such time the Authority may extend the Contract by any number of defined periods, provided that the total duration does not exceed 54 months. As outlined within the specification, the delivery of services is to be completed within the 18 month Initial Contract Term. There will be an option to extend the contract by up to a further 36 months of which it may be: • A 3 month extension for Monitoring services only (this will not be SPF funded); • Up to a 36 month delivery extension; • Both of the above (the initial 3 months being monitoring and delivery and the remaining 33 months being delivery only). Please note any extension of the service is subject to additional funding being secured, is subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of the Authority.
