Clúid Housing seeks to establish a a single party framework agreement for supply of Cloud based Software Services. The purpose of the Housing Management software(HMS) platform is to manage day to day operations and strategic management of Clúid's housing operations. Clúid Housing are seeking applications from suitably qualified service providers for an Integrated Housing Management Software (HMS) solution to manage day to day operational requirements and strategic management requirements now and into the future. Additional contracts relating to the initial requirements published may be awarded to the successful tenderer (framework member) over the lifetime of the framework in accordance with the Contracting Authority's operational and budgetary requirements.
