Tender description

The HSENI requires a Contractor for the supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The appointed Contractor will be required to supply a diverse range of PPE to include HSENI branded items and deliver to various sites across Northern Ireland. Please refer to document entitled ID 4688575 for further details. To assist tenderers with understanding the diverse range of PPE and quality of items required, a supplier event will be held by HSENI to allow tenderers to view a range of items currently used by HSENI staff. The session will take place on Wednesday 16 August 2023 at: HSENI 83 Ladas Drive Belfast BT6 9FR Tenderers are required to confirm their attendance and their preferred time at this event via the messaging function within etendersNI by 12 noon on Monday 14 August 2023. Note a maximum of two attendees/representatives from each company may attend. Tenderers must provide the name(s) of attendees and the time they wish to attend. Tenderers that fail to register their interest prior to attending may be refused entry due to building security procedures.
