Award of Fire Reinstatement to 4nr properties and communal area

Tender description

Replacement & repair works, caused by fire damage at the dwellings. The works comprise of stripping out, the fire damage construction materials and services internally within the 4 dwellings and reinstatement at the property as outlined in the attached specification and works to the common structure. Primarily, works consist of a repair to the roof, structural works to the common roof space, full strip of all damaged plasterboard internal wall and ceiling finishes, structural replacement of the separating floor, replacement of flooring at the ground floor area, specialities wet/dry treatment at the floor construction, new doors and frames, new windows, a kitchen replacement, plumbing, heating equipment, electrics and all the associated works. Reinstatement of the separating floor construction between two of the dwellings to meet the fire resistance and the current sound requirements.
