Tender description

The Project is for the provision of Specialist Gas (Medical and laboratory gases including, but not limited to propane, argon, helium, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, acetylene) services including, inspections, planned preventative and reactive maintenance and works to existing installations. The works shall take place at various sites operated by the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI). The contract shall be for an initial period of three years with the possible extension for a further two years on a one plus one basis. An NEC4 Term Service Short Contract shall be used to provide the Services. Full details of the contract conditions shall be set out in the Invitation to Tender documents (ITT).
