Accommodation Based Housing Related Support – Homeless Families and Adults

Tender description

To deliver housing-related support to assist service users to access and sustain independent living. All families/adults accessing the service will have varying needs and vulnerabilities due to homelessness, substance misuse, offending and/or health vulnerabilities. Their specific needs will be addressed through the development of a support plan which will either remove or assist them to reduce/eradicate barriers to them accessing and sustaining independent living. The Service is designed to enable families and adults to transition from supported accommodation to independence and to maintain suitable, sustainable and settled accommodation.
