The University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) has a requirement for the Provision of Solarwinds Maintenance and Support. It should be noted that this contract is being tendered by the University of the Highlands and Islands, on behalf of all UHI Academic Partners. The requirement is for the Provision of Solarwinds Maintenance and Support, for a period of three (3) years. The supplier of this product is Solarwinds. This product is currently in use at the University, and as such, implementation is not required. It should be noted that the below is be included in the scope of this contract: - Maintenance - Technical Support - Training - Software updates
