Tender description

Construction of 5 distinct buildings comprising a wet sports facility, dry sports facility and health building – all fully constructed with a level of fixed FF&E. Fit out of the educational facilities within Building BB ground floor are outlined within the Works Information. The remaining education facilities and business incubation blocks will be constructed to shell & core without any form of fixtures, fittings or equipment other than minimal allowances and requirements to permit occupancy. All spaces will be linked with a tempered ‘street’ space, external works and landscaping.
