Orthodontic Laboratory Fabricated Appliances for Orthodontic Units in CHO6, CHO7, CHO8, CHO9

Tender description

The HSE wishes to invite suppliers to tender for supply, and delivery of Fabricated Appliances for Orthodontic Units in CHO6, CHO7, CHO8, and CHO9. The HSE orthodontic departments are state funded facilities. The service provides care to patients referred from HSE primary dental clinics that meet the eligibility criteria set out in the HSE modified index of orthodontic treatment need. Orthodontic clinicians expect an orthodontic lab to provide high quality work on a continuous basis, with fast turnaround time (same day returns requested as necessary) and the lab must provide clear communication channels. All labs must comply with the requirements set out in Annex 1 of the Medical Device Directive (93/42/EEX) and should clearly state such compliance on lab dockets returned to the orthodontic department.
