Tender description

To commission a monitoring surveyor to oversee the delivery of Millers Quay - a 500 apartment development that forms part of the Wirral Waters Regeneration Programme. The services to be commissioned include: Monthly site meetings to monitor and report on the progress of the development; Liaise with the developer, contractor, design team, legal counsel and client as reasonably required to obtain information and complete the services; Check that the scheme is proceeding in line with the scheme plans and advise of any significant changes; Advise on any areas of concern; Review the quality of the works on the date of the site visits; Obtain a report from the developer, the professional team and the contractor on statutory compliance and Produce a completion report at the end of the construction phase.
