Development and Delivery of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council Labour Market Partnership Female Focus Employment Programme 2023/2024

The Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified team to fully manage, coordinate and deliver a Female Focus Employment Programme in 2023/2024 to support the local economy and support local women into employment. This intervention is an important strand under Strategic Priority 2 of the ABC LMP Action Plan 2023/2024: To improve employability outcomes and/or labour market conditions locally. Collaborative bids which demonstrate experience in the sectors are welcome. The successful delivery partner or collaboration partners will have extensive experience in the field of engaging and training women effectively to make a difference in Employability and Skills outcomes. This should include training provision relating to communication, skills and confidence building. Experience engaging with employers and/or the business community is also a requirement.
