This procurement exercise is for the appointment of main contractor and sub-contractors to deliver the Residences FS PMP for summer 2023. The proposed Fire Strategy works will include the of Installation of Fire Alarms and Fire compartmentation upgrade, as detailed below All locations below will include an upgrade of existing fire alarms with new. Gordon Hall Senghennydd Court Houses B, D, G and J 11 Landough Street 6, 7 and 20 Ruthin Gardens 13, 15 and 17 Senghennydd Road Fire compartmentation works will also be required at Senghennydd Court House B, 11 Llandough Street, 6 and 20 Ruthin Gardens
