The purpose of the partnership is to provide Aster with an effective procurement route to establish strong working partnerships with main contractors for the delivery of Aster's land led programme over the coming years. Contracts are for a 5-year strategic partnering arrangement that will enable Aster to delivery our open market sale, shared ownership, market rent and affordable homes programme together with our commitment to deliver accommodation for 'later living' and the delivery of homes through the Homes England Strategic Partnership 2022/26 programme. The partnership spans several counties across the southern region. A nominal value has been issued with this contract notice.
