Tender description
construction of 2 new concrete access ramps to accommodate a new entrance lobby (Lobby supplied and erected by others) roof detail to form part of ramp works. Ramps to have handrails and be DDA compliant. Internal works to repair cracks to rooms: entrance lobby, staff room and finance office following subsidence (underpinned July 2022) and decorate rooms. Staff room will require new kitchen units and to relay existing laminate flooring. All rooms will be clear of movable furniture by the school prior to the works.
