Tender description

As the National Tourism Development Authority, Fáilte Ireland supports the tourism industry through the provision of business services designed to improve the performance of tourism businesses and grow the tourism economy. These services are varied and include business development supports, training, sectoral and tourism information, events, market insights, grants and financial supports and industry standards targeting a large base of B2B ‘clients’, comprised of Irish tourism businesses and stakeholders. For the purposes of this tender document, the term ‘Customer’ is used to encompass B2B clients, stakeholders and customers/visitors (B2C).
