Wednesday 9th August 2023 (14:00-16:00) Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle, Cumbria CA3 8QG What is the Corporate Maintenance Contract? The Corporate Maintenance Contract is Cumberland Council’s contract under which reactive and planned preventative maintenance is undertaken across the Corporate Property Portfolio. The work will be delivered across the Cumberland area (former Carlisle, Copeland and Allerdale areas) over a period of up to five years, with contracts awarded based on geographical area and maintenance discipline. Maintenance activities will be managed through the council’s Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, which will be managed by the Council and operated by the successful suppliers.
