Contract For Welsh Medium Youth Support

This tender has now been Re-Advertised as the previous tender was cancelled. We have Re-Advertised the tender with Welsh & English versions of some documents. Swansea Council are looking to appoint a provider to provide support for young people aged between 11-25 in Swansea through the medium of Welsh in a variety of ways, to Increased numbers of young people engaging in Welsh medium provision. Evaluate the needs of young Welsh speakers within the authority in order to assess to what extent current youth provision is meeting their needs and identify any gaps Work with local partners including schools, third sector, Education Department, Partnership and Involvement Team etc identify opportunities for young people to use Welsh outside the classroom in schools (if this has not already been addressed in the local authority’s WESP), in youth provision and youth services, sport provision, and the third sector. The Service Purchaser will pay the Service Provider the fixed price detailed within this Pricing Schedule for the provision of the Services purchased under this Agreement. A minimum of 80% of the Contract Price should be allocated to direct delivery costs, the remainder of the Contract Price may be apportioned to Overheads and Central Management costs and should be clearly outlined in the Pricing Schedule. The Council will make a payment to the Provider quarterly in arears. Payments will be made within 30 days of receipt of an invoice
