2 Boilers no longer operational, and the third gas boiler has cracks in its cast iron body, resulting in leaks. Considering the boilers' age and inefficiency when compared to modern boilers, more efficient heating system - new boilers need to be installed that is expected to reduce utility expenses at least by 20%. Additionally, a 400-liter hot water tank will be added to the system, which can be heated with gas during cold seasons and electricity during warm seasons. I
