Tender description

The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission an independent contractor to undertake an analysis of responses to the SG consultation “NDR/Council Tax on Second Homes and Empty Properties” The consultation is due to be launched on 18 April and will run for a 12 week period until 11 July. We are seeking an analysis report to be produced by an independent contractor by 28 August.
