Tender description

The purpose of the project is to carry out a replacement of flat roof areas with a new built-up system at Springwell Alternative Academy in Mablethorpe. Lot 1: The purpose of the project is to carry out a replacement of flat roof areas with a new built-up system at Springwell Alternative Academy in Mablethorpe. The works include but are not limited to: A new built-up roof system, over the existing plywood deck which is to be retained. Retain 3no single glazed rooflights and 10no redundant rooflights to be removed. Anti-climb barriers to be retained and installed to the face of the building Retain and adapt water outlets to suit new levels. Remove and reinstate cladding. The decommissioning and temporary removal of lightening protection, mushroom vents, sprinkler system. All services are to be tested and commissioned once reinstated. A new ballasted edge protection system which is to be installed as part of the works with the associated planning requirements. Design work included for tender return and construction issue drawings.
