The BFI National Archive is developing UHD HDR workflows alongside existing 4K Digital Cinema workflows, and we require two Supermicro workstations to high spec, to support these new audio visual workflows, to enable validation and quality control of data acquired into the UK's national moving image collection. We would kindly ask you to submit your bids, for the following combined solution: Supermicro A(plus) SuperWorkstation 5014A-TT with AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 3000WX or 5000WX compatible motherboard Ryzen Threadripper PRO 3000WX or 5000WX series CPU - Minimum 32Core/64Thread 3.5G System disk with Microsoft Windows11 OS. (Minimum 2TB) Minimum of 128GB Supermicro approved 288-Pin DDR4 3200 Server Memory 2 x NVIDIA RTX A6000 48GB GPU PCie Graphics Card Aja Kona 5 8-lane PCIe 3.0 I/O card 4x NVMe m.2 (minimum 4x 2TB) 16TB of Supermicro approved NVMe Pcie4x4 SSD drive optimised for fast read access (see eg below) (1DWPD with sustained read speeds 5000MB/s) Supermicro SNK-P0066AP4 Heat sink 3 x 120x120x25 mm, 6.4K RPM Additional Cooling Fans for GS7 chassis GS7 6U Rail Conversion Kit for rack mount and 26.5 inches to 36.4 inches Rail set.
