<p>This Invitation to tender opportunity relates to the provision of an independent service to ensure that the day-to-day care provided in Government of Jersey (GoJ) residential homes for children meets the required Quality Standards and complies with their statutory duty. The CYPES Directorate of The Government of Jersey (GoJ) commissions the provision of a Quality Assurance Visit Service known as Regulation 31 Quality Assurance Service. CYPES is seeking to retender the service and award to a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver the service to meet the statutory requirement in accordance with The Regulation of Care Standards and Requirements (Jersey) 2018, Article 14 (9) of the Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 2014.
