Tender description

The project consists of altering and enlarging an existing servery and converting this to a kitchen to better serve the children of the school. In addition to this a three-story extension to the rear of the building to accommodate the library on the lower ground floor which has to be moved to accommodate the changes to the servery, two new admin rooms on the ground floor and three more individual one on one classrooms on the third floor. Services required are a Multidisciplinary team with a lead Architect to take the feasibility to the successful planning application and then once approved by the client onto the construction phase. This excludes project management services which will be provided by the London Borough of Sutton's Programme and Project Management department.
