Tender description

This project is for Bus Shelter Enabling Works, to facilitate the installation of bus shelters at 15 no. bus stop locations throughout County Clare. The shelters will be constructed on a phased basis over a 12 month period or more. The works include the excavation and installation of foundations of the Reliance bus shelter. The installation of 2 100mm ducts for electrical supply. JCDecaux (NTA bus shelter contractor) liaises with the civils contractor to install the shelters above the steel cage footing which is provided by JCDecaux when the concrete is being cast, by the civils contractor. The main contractor shall liaise and assist JCDecaux with the installation of the foundation jig as required. After shelter installation is completed, pavement reinstatement up to finished ground level to be completed as detailed on contract drawings.
