Refurbish and upgrade of existing 3 no. first floor science laboratories and preparation room at Castlecomer Community School, Donaguile, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny. The works include demolition and removals at the existing laboratories, disconnection, isolation and part removal of services, the removal of all main services running in ground floor ceiling under and the replacement with new services as detailed. The works include all services, all building finishes, science laboratory furniture and fittings and new services, suspended ceilings and building finishes in ground floor classrooms affected by the works.
