***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS Research & Insights DPS RM6126. Brief Description of Requirement The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), formerly BEIS, is seeking to commission an interim evaluation of Domestic Energy Affordability Support in Northern Ireland. This work will seek to capture the specific nature of the Support provided in NI, as well as the different context of the NI energy system and socio-economic context. This evaluation will run in parallel to the separate evaluation for GB and will be aligned with this approach where feasible (this ITT was issued on 8 February 2023). While focussed on NI, this contract will allow cross-UK comparability.
