Tender description

The works are to demolish the existing building and garage. The property is sited at the end of an existing cul de-sac and was originally used as a home for elderly people. The site forms part of a larger complex occupied by other building owned and currently used by Derbyshire County Council, these building are used on a daily basis and are occupied by vulnerable children which has to be considered when demolition the building. Contractors interested in tendering for these works are invited to attend site on 3rd August 10:00am -12:00pm.
