Fáilte Ireland is seeking a supplier with expertise in employee engagement surveying and insights to support key elements of this programme. The services required fall under the following headings: 1. Project Plan 2. Employee Survey 3. Provision of results and actionable priorities to the business to implement focussed change and improvement to their employee practices 4. High level report to Fáilte Ireland identifying key trends emerging from the surveys with insights around core strengths and challenges across key tourism sectors to feed into Fáilte Ireland’s programme of business supports.
