Tender description
The purpose of the PIN is to raise awareness of an upcoming procurement, gauge the level of interest in the provision of such services, make interested providers aware in advance of the key service requirements, and the introduction of Procurement Policy Notes (PPN’s) relating to Social Value and Human Rights that will be included in any future Tender. This Paper has been developed to engage with and receive feedback from the market by outlining the NHSCT’s proposals for the delivery of this service, including the proposed model and key elements of the service, its procurement plans and requirements in advance of any formal tender process. At the back of the Paper is a questionnaire and if you wish to provide feedback please use the text boxes provided. Feedback to be sent via the secure messaging area of this CfT by 15:00 on 14th August 2023. This paper-based approach, conducted in writing, is being used in the interests of transparency and equal treatment.
