Management, Maintenance and Repair Services (Maintenance Services) for Age UK's Network of Retail Establishments

Tender description

Age UK is seeking to reprocure our organisational contract for Maintenance Services. The supplier(s) appointed under this tender will be responsible for the Maintenance of Age UK retail stores/shops for the corresponding Lot to which they are awarded. Currently, there are a total of 264 retail outlets/shops across the UK that require Maintenance Services. The tender is divided into three regional Lots. Suppliers may bid for any one, two or all three Lots, as they are able to service the requirement. Lot 1: North of England Lot 2: East of England Lot 3: West England and Wales Lot 1: Lot 1: North of England Age UK have grouped our shops into three regional categories (Lots) for the purpose of this contract and are open to consider offers from suppliers that can service either a single regional or any combination of regional or national approaches to delivering the services.
