The purpose of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is to invite qualification applications from interested parties for the provision of a Low Carbon Inertia Service. This document provides a detailed description of the scope of requirements for the service we wish to procure. It also provides information about the selection procedure being used to qualify Candidates. The objective of this PQQ process is to produce a short-list of suitably qualified Candidates who will be invited to tender for the provision of a Low Carbon Inertia Service (LCIS). This procurement is being run by EirGrid on behalf of all companies in the EirGrid Group.
