Tender description

This concession contract is for the services of Enforcement Agents in the recovery of outstanding arrears for the following services;- 1.The collection and enforcement of unpaid Council Tax, Business Rates and Business Improvement District (BID) Levy debts in respect of Liability Orders obtained by the Council, 2. The collection and enforcement of Unpaid Penalty Charge Notices in respect to Warrants of Control - unpaid penalty notices issued by the Traffic Enforcement Centre under the Traffic Management Act 2004, and 3. A debt collection service for the collection of debts owed to the Council including but not limited to Housing Benefit Overpayment, Sundry Debts, small value Council Tax debts (less than £150), and Housing Rents in respect to the Housing Needs Service. This contract has been awarded in accordance with the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation's Enforcement Agency Services Dynamic Purchasing System - Reference 953
