Tender description

This contract is the services of Enforcement Agents in the recovery of outstanding arrears for the following services;- o The collection and enforcement of unpaid Council Tax, Business Rates and Business Improvement District (BID) Levy debts in respect of Liability Orders obtained by the Council, and o The collection and enforcement of Unpaid Penalty Charge Notices in respect to Warrants of Control – unpaid penalty notices issued by the Traffic Enforcement Centre under the Traffic Management Act 2004, and o A debt collection service for the collection of debts owed to the Council including but not limited to Housing Benefit Overpayment, Sundry Debts, small value Council Tax debts (less than £150), and Housing Rents in respect to the Housing Needs Service.
