Tender description

Continuation of the delivery of all phases of the Prevention Pledge pilots in 23/24, maintaining support for all engaged NS trusts in Cheshire and Merseyside plus development of a primary care pilot. This is a continuation of funding which has only recently been confirmed to allow an additional six months funding. Delivery is by HEG (Health Equalities Group) specified originally by the Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership and their Prevention Board.
