The supplier must provide a working minimal viable product for mobile app to be ready by end of November 2023. Predictive analytics capabilities to be available also by end of November 2023. The University has a need to develop capabilities in mobile app development to replace legacy applications and mature our data and analytics capabilities to provide predictive analytics to the business and support strategic and tactical decision making.
