Tender description
West Dunbartonshire Council is looking to source a Provider who can remove our current Air Handling Unit at the Meadow Centre in Dumbarton. This process will involve the following steps: - Removing the old Air Handling Unit by crane. - Removal and replacement of old concrete foundations. - Installation of a new Air Handling Unit. As this project takes place within close proximity of a railway line any RAMS/Project Methodology will be required to be approved by Network Rail). - Connecting the new Air Handling Unit to the Building Environmental Management System. - Carrying out annual maintenance on the new Air Handling Unit.
